Information about the association

The DGK is exempt from corporate income tax for the last assessment period 2012-2014 according to § 5 Paragraph 1 No. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act for the promotion of science and research according to the exemption notice of the Tax Office for Corporations I Berlin, StNo. 27/640/58455 of 09.09.2015. The corporation is entitled to issue receipts for membership fees. (Note: For donations up to € 200.00, it is sufficient to present the bank statement / deposit receipt to the tax office)
